Cheap digital camera?

I am a college student and would like to capture some of the moments that I will not be able to capture naturally due to unnatural substances ( liquids only, for anyone that cares, I don't even really)

What is a cheap digital camera I can get? Don't need a ton of shit on it, just pictures and USB and charging. That's it.

Thanks. I just got into a fender bender with a Benz today (not cheapassgamer material, I'd say) that I'm gonna have to pay for tomorrow most likely, so I don't know what I can do. I'll have to see tomorrow, OK?
