Ebay prices range. EB had them for 19.99, but not anymore online at least.

it depends on what comes with it. but just for the system and a controller, i'd be looking at about 20 bucks.

I was looking for one recently, and an EB employee told me that my best bet would be to look for one either on Ebay or at a pawn shop (but I ended up buying it on Ebay).
