Cheap DVI cables?

Where can I get cheap DVI cables? I'm sad that my monitor didn't come with one

Also, are there quality differences among DVI cables or are they more or less the same?

Yeah, Monoprice is the way to go.

DVI is a digital signal, so you either get the signal or you don't, you either have a picture or you don't.
