those are all really fucking tempting, but i think ill hold off for now...by the time i get around to playing any of them, they'll probably be $15-$20 brand new...the only one that this may not be true on is Metal Slug 4 & 5 because it may become hard to find...now if these were all $10-$20 w/ free shipping, like that one crazy sale they had a while back, then i wouldnt even think twice....not to mention the BB sale which is bound to kill my wallet

I've been wanting Timesplitters for 20 bucks, so I ordered that, I've never ordered games from Gamefly, so this way I can see how they work

They have a 10 day free trial offer right now, so sign up rent 2 games for free for a week and get free shipping etc when you buy games then cancel your membership.

I'm not ordering any games but I signed up a week ago and have untill the 15th to cancel my account and will owe nothing as long as i have both games back within 10 days of cancelling. I'm gonna sign back up when the 360 comes out, there is not enough games out now I want to play to justify this price.

Just a small note, I've noticed this happening to some games I've rented before. You may want to buy a game, but it doesn't show up as being on sale. Sometimes if you rent it, they'll give you the option of buying it anyways, despite it not being listed as being for sale. It's just a crap shoot, YMMV.

Amazing deal... can't wait to get paid on Friday. No way am I passing on Timesplitters: Future Perfect, Area 51 both for 19.99 (the price I was waiting for them to drop anyways) and I might snag Psychonauts at 24.99...

It is tempting.

That's right--not everything they have is available to buy, but you always have the option of keeping whatever you're currently renting. The Keep It price though is usually just the retail price minus the monthly fee.

By the way, Gamefly just started a new policy where they ship games as soon as the post office scans the one you sent back. It's cut shipping time in half for me, very awesome.

man i put my games in the mail tuesday, i checked and 2 new games were processiing weds , but then they both fell to short wait so now i got to wait till today for anything to ship.. BUT if gamefly would keep this up

put games in mail monday
New games ship tuesday
I get new games BY friday

i will stay with them even when my free promo is over... just for DS and PSP games cause its just way too high for Ps2 games

I may start a subscription if this is the way they do things. I had a free trial, and the turnaround from the time I sent a game to the time I got one back was huge.

Some great deals. I'm looking to Gamefly more and more lately. I'm all over Area 51, and maybe Killer 7. Thanks for the post.

Now with free shipping, I just got the e-mail. Some games are not working with it so you may have to call. I just purchased Psychonauts xbox, Fatal Frame 2 xbox, Metal slug 4/5 xbox, Killer 7 GC, and Madden 05 GC.

I'm temped to get this, too but I just bought about 10 games over the weekend including Timesplitters 2 for Xbox. I think I may pass for the time being. By the time I would get around to playing it, it might be cheaper. Hopefully.

I picked up King of Fighters 02/03 xbox for $30 with tax and shipping.
Not a bad deal IMHO but I really have been looking for this and a $10 discount is good enough for me to jump.

I know someone mentioned they have Fatal Frame 2 for Xbox available.
Ebgames has it online new for $29.99 comes out to about $34 with tax and shipping. Be about $30 used with tax and shipping from gamefly.

Unless your a member because they always get free shipping, almost forgot about that. I am not a memeber so I pay

some do and some dont. Thats why i like being a member so i can see the games before i buy them. I just got FLATOUT off the rental side and it was so scratched up i wouldnt gave the money they wanted for it ...
Btw, has anyone purchased games from Gamefly before? I would assume they're in pretty decent condition?
\

I bought like 3 games from them last year when they had a big clearance and all the disks were perfect as was the box and book.
