I'm looking for a cheap PC that can run SFIV decently for not a whole lot of coinage. I saw this vid of it running on an HP Mini 311...but I want to actually play the game with backgrounds etc...

Anyway this is what I'm looking at so far:
Dell Zino HD:
I'd add the ATI 4300 card:
ATI Radeon HD 4330 512 MB [Add $75.00]
Not sure about the processors:
AMD Athlon™ 2650e (512K L2, 1.6GHz) [Included in Price]
AMD Athlon™ 2850e (512K, L2, 1.8GHz) [Add $20.00]
AMD Dual Core Athlon™ X2 3250e (1MB L2, 1.5GHz) [Add $45.00]
AMD Dual Core Athlon™ Neo X2 6850e (1MB L2, 1.8GHz) [Add $90.00]
Notebook choice:
http://www.amazon.com/UL30Vt-X1-Lig...f=sr_1_16?ie=UTF8&s=pc&qid=1275666446&sr=1-16
I'm trying to learn more about processor specs and benchmarks but even the sites I get directed to I'm not sure how to read the benchmarks. How do I know if any of those AMD chips will match the requirements for SFIV? Or is anyone else has a lower cost solution please point me to it
