So I am looking to build on my current movie collection.

Anyone know where I can get some cheap movies? Used or new?

the only place I can think of online is ebay. any other suggestions?
I know amazon has very cheap movies, but since I live in canada, the shipping gets jacked up to $12, which is a rip off.

Anyways, any suggestions or tips would be great.

If you wanted to buy a bulk lot of like 25 movies and would make a honest offer($4.00-$5.00 per movie) for them I have a nice set I want to get rid of. Most of them are listed in my tradelist feel free to take a look, I could add list the rest if you are interested.

I was going to suggest trading w/ someone here, or www.half.com. Best buy and CC and the other retailers are doing fairly regular $5 and $4 DVD sales, but they're hit-and-miss.

If you're looking for specific movies - post a list, and I guarantee you folks here will let you know if they have them for sale/trade!
 
Honestly, try checking out the bargain bin at Walmart. They have some good movies in there and they add new titles every few weeks or so.

As previously stated, Best Buy and Circuity City will occasionally have some pretty nice deals. Last weekend I got six quality movies from Best Buy for about $35.

There are some online stores, such as deepdiscount.com or dvdplanet.com, which have good prices/deals and free shipping.
