Cheap Rock Band kit/drums?

I saw the Rock band 1 drums only for 30 bucks at best buy, and was wondering what is the cheapest way to get the drums, guitar, and all the games? How much would that come out to?

Craigslist... in all seriousness. There are plenty of people looking to dump extra instruments and what not.

mic from GS $10 (might be 20, im not sure)
Total: $60-70 + game cost, which ebay or used at gamestop is probably your best bet

Does BB or Target sell those guitar controllers at the same price? Because there is no CC next to me anymore.
