Cheap Surround Sound System

I'm looking for surround sound system for around $50 that can be used for a television. It's a present for someone but quality doesn't really matter (DTS or whatnot) since they usually don't use things like this properly.

It's for a pc, but can be used for any source. Probably beats out those cheap $50 crap sets at walmart.

just got back form wally world...the durabrand is $60 and if youjust want the speakers it's $40
