I hear a lot of whining about Brawl not including voice chat and started thinking about alternatives. Not misplaced complaints, mind you, I'm just not gonna hold out for a feature that seems unlikely without a good Wii headset available.

So what are my options as far as bluetooth and USB headsets go? I have bluetooth capability on my computer and of course USB is always an option, I just need something I can use with Ventrilo or Teamspeak so I can keep the chatter going even in the comfort of my living room.

I'd love to know this too. A wireless rechargable headset would be awesome. Anyone know if the cell phone type work any good as far as ventrilo goes?

The one that comes with Warhawk (I believe it's made by Jabra?) is wireless and relatively cheap but I don't know if it works on Vent.

Any ideas on cheap Bluetooth USB adapters? That might be integral for some of us (like myself, I lack Bluetooth functionality presently).

Anybody know of a decent wireless headset on Amazon? I picked up the ps2/ps3 headset (wow that headset stinks btw) and figured I should try a wireless one instead, since the cords seem to always tangle and tear after 6-12mo and wireless = cheaper in the long run plus no cords. Mine is also for teamspeak/vent.

The Jabra BT620 has gotten some pretty good reviews on Newegg and Amazon.

It at Newegg for $38 with promo code EMC1019CELL07 taking off another $8 for newsletter subscribers (so click the little subscriber check box when you sign in) for a total of $30 + shipping.

If you need a bluetooth adapter, this Azio seems pretty satisfactory for $17+shipping.

BTW I have not used either so if someone buys them I would like to hear how it goes!

It does have a microphone -- it's just very short and stubby. I don't know how that'll affect quality though.
