cheap xbox 360 games on ebay. Kingdom hearts 2 20 bucks ???

I don't know I think they might be legit. The games are mostly used (the ones I looked at anyway) and with their high shipping charges the prices aren't that unreasonably low. Some of the quantities on the games make it seem like a scam though.

Perhaps they buy wholesale or just take advantage of game sales like people do on this site? They may have a game store where they buy used games as well and that is their online branch

Flip Game X from Store Y to Store Z for massive credit. Repeat. Get friends to do the same. Repeat. Spread out among stores. Repeat. Repeat. Travel farther to new stores. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat.

If anyone had the time, it wouldn't be that hard to build up massive credit. Almost every store has something that can be taken advantage of.

Get Rise of the Kasai, Duel Masters, and a Jampack from Best Buy for FAC. Trade to Gamestop for $18.60 in credit. Buy Powerdrome at $1.99 x 9, trade into FYE/Wherehouse.com for $90 in credit. Buy Star Wars Episode 3 for 14.99 * 6. Trade in to Best Buy for $180. Buy a 36 of those $5 AC games that trade into GS for $4. $257 in credit. See where I'm going with this?

And with the B2G1F coupon 3 copies of KH2 would be $30 a piece, and he's selling for $30 shipped. Very near credit to cash ratio

Well I did once before ad got friggin tired trying to find allies in the stores.

I remember the store clerks would talk about this sometimes.

Also I just remember a loop hole in your plan.

I asked the seller a couple quick questions and if the responses are satisfactory, I think I'm gonna bite on BF2:MC for $20 and TR:L for $25. After shipping it's STILL barely the price of one of those.

If only he was selling a Harmony remote for those prices.

Did you ask if the games came complete by chance?

I did, he said that every game is complete.

all of our games are in good shape. All come with original case and manual. If there is a problem we do exchange with no problem.

I'm gonna order TR:L and BF2:MC. I'll let you guys know how things turn out.

Well, it's good news, bad news time.

I decided to test my luck and purchased Battlefield 2 on July 11th and received it today, Friday the 15th. The box and manual are immaculate and the disk looked great, only some very minor and superficial scratches as far as I can tell. So far, so good.

BUT

I put the game in my 360, it loads up the 360 logo and then……nothing; I stare at the logo for a few seconds and then it defaults to the dashboard. I tried cleaning the disk but no luck. So I head over to a nearby Gamecrazy that has one of those motorized disk cleaning-repair devices and they run it through a few cycles. The clerk was nice enough to try it on their demo unit, but they also got the same result.

The strange thing is that the disk looks like new after the cleaning but I never got a disk read error. I compared it to some of my other games and the disks look identical, even down to the 360 hologram logo that’s on every disk spindle. I don’t believe the disk is fake in any way.

I guess I’ll have to send it back to them (at my expense) and wait for an exchange.

So, at this point I’d say preplaygames is legit but the fact that the disk looked great but didn’t work is cause for concern. I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt and hopefully they can get me a new disk in a timely manner but as always... Caveat Emptor

Well I ordered Battlefield 2 and Tomb Raider Legend like I said.. strangely enough, the shipping info for Tomb Raider is still at the "electronically notified" stage, whereas I just received BF2 today.

The disc looks really good (clearly used but not heavily so), and the manual is in perfect condition, but the box has some dried glue on it and the nub the disc sits on was broken when I received it. The disc was sliding around inside the box, but fortunately had no serious damage.

I popped it in my 360, and it works great - beat the first campaign mission and am currently getting my ass kicked on the second. I will play it for another day or so and then leave feedback for this guy (just to cover my ass).

On the other hand, though, where the hell is Tomb Raider..

I wouldn't worry about your Tomb Raider Legend too much, if they're using USPS to track the shipping its completely worthless. I only use their Delivery Confirmation for my own protection. A copy of Oblivion I bought off ebay still was in the "electronically notified" stage two days after I got it.

Contacted the seller, apparently there was a slight mistake - TR and BF were supposed to ship together.

I didn't hear back from him again yet, but I just received TR in a priority mail envelope today, meaning someone noticed the mistake a day or two ago and rectified it very nicely.

Both games work great! I like this seller a lot. Can't wait 'til he gets Chromehounds in used ;)
