Cheapest digital download for BF4

What's the cheapest means to get the digital download code preferably for premium edition for Xbox One?  Google isn't being too friendly with this.  So far I'm only finding the physical copies are fairly cheap now, but the co-worker I'm trying to help out has gone digital only.

He's only interested in Premium.  Also, I'm not sure how ea access works, do you lose access to the games when you cancel membership?  If so, that's not an option.

 
That's correct.  EA Access is a subscription.  If you cancel your subscription, you won't be able to play the games.  AFAIK, the BF4 in EA Access is only the base game.  You'd have to still buy Premium on top of that.
