Cheapest option if I'm using Canada Post to ship to the US?

i'm wondering what option i should use to ship items to the US. which one is the cheapest?

Shipping from US to Canada I just use Air Mail. Pretty sure that'd be your cheapest option also.

I agree with FeNoM91, air mail is usually the cheapest way
