Cheapest place for Poster frames?

I am looking for poster frames. My roomate has a ton of movie posters that we want to hang up, but the cheapest frames are at Wal Mart for $18.00 a piece. Are there any cheaper deals on these?

The size is for a standard movie poster that is seen in theaters.

Michaels usually has poster frames on sale for 9.99 on sizes up to 27x48, or you can use one of the 40% off coupons they have in their ad every week.

You can get some cheapass poster frames at Wal-Mart for like $5.99 i think I paid. They are just one huge piece of thick cardboard with a hanger on the back and then a sheet of plastic with 4 black border pieces you stick on and add a dab of glueto keep everything together. Bammo $6 frame and decent looking, my friend has a few. I bought one a while back and sliced up the plastic sheet and velcro'ed it onto the front my lil tv stand to keep my cat away from my router and modem.
