there's a couple catalog titles I've been waiting on to go on sale for a while but they never do

low production numbers I think

probably only made like 25-50k of them, so they can keep the price stable instead of making too many and dumping them after a month like Evan Almighty/Knocked Up

Yeah, for me it was this and Heat 2-disc. Heat eventually saw a week with a deal on it for $10.

I can get The Frighteners for $7.95 from Columbia House. I don't know why more people don't get in on their website. They have really good deals once you get past the required purchases. Right now I can get all movies for $7.95 with the purchase of one at regular price (anywhere from $19.95-$24.95).

The ones I always used to see at Wally was just the regular edition without any special features.....Id like to get the DC as cheap as possible.

same here. I'm looking for either the one with the white cover or the current HdDVD which I believe is the same thing

Have your brother or mother or someone sign up for the club. they have pretty sweet deals every once in a while. especially when they give you Triple FunCa$h towards free movies!

Seriously, the DC of this never goes cheap. I should have ordered it during DDD sale, but didn't think to. The cheapy 7.50 version has atrocious cover art, too.

Agreed. I thought the old version had been/was discontinued for the DC though? I only see the DC now anywhere.

$19.94 for HDDVD or $22.82 at buy.com (plus tax & shipping), minus $10 with new google check-out account isn't a bad deal. Old standard version is $0.82 after new google check-out.
