Cheapest way to ship to canada?

I sold something to a canadian buyer but I don't know the quickest cheapest way to ship it. All it is is a cd case with a cd in it. Also do I need to fill out any special forms if it is going to Ontario?

First-class international is the best way to go. If all you're sending is a jewel case with a CD inside, postage should cost right around $2. You will need to fill out a customs form at the post office, but it's not that much of a hassle.
