Check this out pics of a Final Wii from under the retail box.
Yep, perfect packaging, now it will be super easy to put the Wii back in it's box and take it back to the store. :)

But seriously, IT'S fuckING PACKAGING. Are you that hard up for new Wii details that you have to drool over pictures of plastic bags?
You've never paid attention to a new device's launch before have you? "Unboxing" pic sets are common and just fuel the fire of the hype in the days adn weeks before something hits retail.

The 360 had tons of stuff like this. The Wii and PS3 will get their share in the coming days. Now settle down. :)

Nice job of reading too much into the post. It's just a comment, no drooling, no excitement, no erections. Just a comment. You're the one getting bent out of shape.

Well the 'drooling' in this thread is not so much directly about how the packaging looks, but rather the fact that these photos are yet another sign that we're closer to the launch. As was said above, it rightfully feeds our excitement! :)

But, I do think it's totally fine to have some additional excitement about the packaging itself. Sure, it's nothing more than paper and plastic that has nothing to do with the actual product, but it's something that will be a major part of that experience of the final anticipation before we get to play in our homes: opening the box, looking inside, getting to the Wii, etc. The fact that everything looks so slick and cool will make that initial opening experience a little bit more fun, IMHO...and that makes Nintendo's great design worth the effort that was put into selecting it.

But that's just me, so what-ev.

You're right. To Arby's!

Now where's my truss?

Unpacking pr0n!

Now if only that thing came with some sort of Nintendo or Wii sticker then this would feel very very "Apple-like".

Viva Nintendo Nosotros!

I have a couple of friends that work for ATOMIX long time ago, hey even I got offer a job there back when they first started.

Got to tell you that there is a small chance that the contents of the Mexican Wii are different from the one's that are going to be sell in the US, Nintento is the only brand with an official release in Mexico, we have the power nintendo in spanish magazine and Nintendo have sponsored several TV shows trough the years.

It could be that what we are looking at a Mexican Release Wii....... who knows I live in Dallas now.
