Check your email - Xbox Live Rewards Beta

I'm in! Glad I didn't renew my gold yet, been sitting on my card for a few weeks. I wonder how many points it's good for?
 
dodgeme, did you fill it out before or after you saw this thread? I filled mine out within minutes of getting the email and didn't get in. Maybe they didn't like my answers...
 
I got in. I've been sitting on a one month card, too. Free points are cool, wish they had merchandise, though. Oh, well. I get free cards most of the time anyway, so it'll just mean even more free for me.

I'm betting it's based on a variety of factors...answers to the survey, buying habits of your current gamertag, etc.
 
So, anyone get a follow up email yet? I used a 1 month card, bought Peggle Nights and a Beatles album, so I figure I should be getting about 200 before the points they give you for completing the survey. Just wanted to make sure I didn't miss it or something.
 
Good news, just got an email telling me how many points I have and that I can expect them deposited February 2010. It's good to see this is indeed going on.
 
I'm a 5 year member and didn't get in on my main account but on my 2nd account which I use rarely I got in somehow and I think it's aimed towards accounts that aren't signed up for xbl gold service and those whom don't buy items from the marketplace regularly. I suppose this is a way to try and get you to sign up and buy things making them more $ but i'm not falling for the trick. oh and those 100 free ms points won't be deposited into your account til around february..read the very bottom of the email.
 
Well, I got my email, too. I got 120 points coming to me...Eventually. Doesn't make sense because I bought the Beatles album, but didn't get it checked off as my first purchase which should have been 100 points automatically. Whatever, free points is still good.
 
I know it's been a while since this thread was active but I just wanted to ask. Has anyone gotten surveys to take for this? I get rewards for stuff I buy on the marketplace but I have 0 of 200 for the survey part yet I never received any survey to take. I did however get a message on Xbox Live telling me that my points have been transfered into my account which is new and nice to get.
 
I've been trying to find a link to the surveys, but I can't find any. I recently got 100 points, which is great, but I'd like to get more if possible.
Big thanks to M$ for having a website that's impossible to navigate.
 
Pretty sure they're full. The email said they're half way through the beta program, so if you're not in I'm guessing you won't get in at this point. I think they're going to check past history compared to how much you spent while in the rewards program to see if it's worth it to continue with it all. I got 330 points so far, not much, but I never got my points for the initial marketplace purchase. Oh, well. I'll be buying something soon enough anyway.
 
So, I'm having issues with the system not registering my purchases, I sent an email to what they have listed, but it bounced back. Anyone else have issues with points not registering? Anyone contact them successfully? I have spent like 3000 points that they haven't given me my cut of, which sucks because I'd buy more if they gave me my points.

Btw before anyone asks who I tried to contact it was the 'xrewards@'blahblah email.
