I havent seen it for awhile but Fright Night 2 used to be one of my favorites.

Does anyone know that movie where Fred Savage (I think) moves into a new town and he gets picked on by a gang of bullies. I remember one scene where he tries to run away from them on his power wheels. I think there's also a scene where he's playing with little toy soldiers out in the pouring rain.
