This thread is to talk about the crappyness that is the r&b loser that thinks its ok to hit women. I'm talking about the sorry behind Chris Brown that last week beat on the r&b princess Rihanna after an award show. What makes it ok for a man to think its ok to hit a woman I will never know. Post your comments and what you think about this idiot. As a way of saying thats its not ok to hit women I think we should stop buying his music to show that its not ok. And let's hate him Forever. This should be a Warning to him like rihannas new song say you better run for cover.

I thought it was hilarious until I saw the pictures. Even then, I hear she gave him herpes, that's permanent, so they equal each other out.
 
I'm guessing the reason was herpes. I don't blame him anymore.
If you gave a guy herpes would you expect him to respond a decent civil matter? Your expectations are pretty high.

The sad thing is that people are only talking about it because it's a couple of celebrities. This type of thing happens EVERY day somewhere, but no one cares unless the media can put a pretty face on it.
 
This feels like a PR stunt to make their names known to people who'd never heard of them and only recognize her as that hot girl who I have no idea what she sounds like.

Now on to the matter at hand. OP, we are not going to join in and HATE Chris Brown forever. No one here knows what really happened, so you shouldn't past such strong judgement. When you read this post it sounds like you were a victim of abuse. Now don't get me wrong, I don't agree with men hitting on women unless they are defending themselves or in serious danger from a violent women. Now if in fact she gave him herpes, I have to say this. Just because the girl you are with gives you an STD does not mean you have the right to beat the shit out of her. Get pissed, get angry, but don't physically beat the woman and put her in the hospital. They both should have been tested for STDs when they became a couple, and the STD problem could have been dealt with according to their personal beliefs.

Also...this does happen daily, and just because it happened with two "celebrities" and famous people, doesn't make this news and doesn't make it have any more weight or value than the average person. But it does, because people respond and react and give it importance.

She became famous for giving the word Umbrella an extra syllable in her song.
