Alright, so it's that time of the year again. I'm actually financially stable to the point I can get my Mom something nice this year. She's mentioned in the past that she likes notebooks since they are small and lightweight. So CAG, here's my questions to you:
What kind of notebook should I get her? She'll most likely use this for Facebook, Youtube, Google, etc (nothing CPU heavy). The only thing I know she'll most likely want is a decent sized screen for a notebook, so nothing too small and a DVD drive if possible.
Also, where is the best place to find a well-priced notebook? I've never actually shopped for a notebook before, so I'm kinda stumped here. I have about $75 in Amazon credit and I also have a Best Buy, Staples and Target near me. I'm trying to avoid used, so eBay and craigslist are out of the question in most cases.
