Huh, I have NO idea how I missed that being stickied at the top.
*grumbles about stupid early mornings*

Does anyone know if BB will price match this (or, the magical sequence of words used to get customer service to do so)? CC doesn't carry Worms Open Warfare 2, and I'm trying to go for the DK Jungle Climber / WOW2 combo.

Hmm...that Joane of Arc game is supposed to be really good. I'll see if I can find another game to match it with... I already own too many games!

Nope, I can't find anything else out that I really want. If I hadn't already bought Final Fantasy Anniversary (I can't see spending even $15 on the sequel).

Maybe one of those first person shooters. I'm not dying to play one, but for $15 for a good game...

They're selection of Playstation Portable games is really bad. They don't have a ton of stuff, like either Tomb Raider game or Riviera or anything :(

EDIT: Hmm, I wouldn't mind Lunar Knights, but I can't find another $30 game to pair it with.

I'm pretty sure they will, your best bet is to walk in with a real ad, and not something you printed out. When you actually hold an ad, and point at the deal, they really have to honor it. I got 3 BBs to PM CC's B1G1F for XBL points cards (wow, that was acronymy).

Anyway, I will let you know, I plan to PM Jam Sessions and Drawn to Life tomorrow, so I can use a rewards cert.

It's YMMV in my experience. The BB by me (on Route 46 in NJ) only matches specific prices, not promotions, so when I went for that same promo they shot me down several times.

This is still a good deal, though -- I knew about it but forgot that both Jam Sessions and Drawn to Life were coming out! :)

It's a very YMMV thing with pricematching promotions like those. I even called a bestbuy across the way from a circuit city (not even a block away) was told by the csr that they would price match. Go into the store get the games I wanted and m.o.d said it was a package deal. I just told him that he lost a sale and walked out. And they had the games I wanted damnit!!!

Oh and good luck with finding a copy of Drawn to Life CC wont be getting them till the 18th. Jam Session isnt even in the CC computer, even though in store they have the stylus'

this is a bust deal, between CC saying its only on the games advertised on the page and them saying they dont pricematch their own website. I've freaking had it with this bs.

Yeah, I tried that same BB on Route 46W in West Paterson, NJ. Walked in, showed them the ad, and was told they didn't PM the deal, I wonder if Walmart would PM though

Edit: I highly recommend the Circuit City on Route 46 West in Totowa, NJ. The people there were so helpful and even pointed it out that there was a BOGO 50% off sale. The selection of games weren't that great, and they also had to do the BOGO manually at the register. But overall my shopping experiences there have been nothing short of excellent and I would recommend going there.

Jam Sessions comes out today, doesn't it? I need to find something to matchup with that.

The BB near me (in Poughkeepsie, NY) PMed the similar TRU deal, so I can't imagine why they'd refuse this...definitely suggest stopping at CC first and grabbing a paper copy of their weekly ad, as someone stated above.

When I tried PMing the TRU deal at BB a while back, they only did it on the condition that the games I planned on getting were also in stock at TRU, which totally ruins the point of trying to PM the deal in the first place. And another BB refused to do it completely, so it's all very YMMV.
Only seems to work for same system though. ie. You can get 2 DS games with the second one 50% off, or 2 GBA games with the second 50% off, but not one DS game and one GBA game.

DS Games
GBA Games
PSP Games
I went in-store and got Puzzle Quest (PSP) and Final Fantasy VI (GBA) @ 50% last Sunday @ the Daly City store in the Bay Area. They said there was a problem with the system not giving the discount and they had to do it manually. They seemed to imply it was a system error and not cross-platform problem.

Is that the one by Fountains of Wayne? I use that one a lot, but the clearance bins are almost always picked clean by the time I get there.
