/BEGGING BEGINS- I know it's unlikely, but if there is any possible way someone could pick up a sealed copy of Disgaea 2, I would GLADLY pay the retail plus shipping. The closest CC is over an hour away, and is not something I can just pop into to look for a game they probably won't have. It doesn't even show up on their terrible website, so store tracking ain't gonna happen. PLEASEPLEASEPLEASE??? Drop me a note! - BEGGING ENDS\

Sorry and thanks for the request but im not going to keep it updated price wise seeing that you can see the prices by just looking threw the thread and also they could change or maybe YMMV might be less or a little more and it would just get confussing to people and need constant updates..

No offense, but if you're going to take on the OP duties of a thread like this, please don't half ass it like this.

The point of an updated OP is that so people don't HAVE to dig through a thread just to find one game, that they can look at the OP and have all the info they need... instead, we're going to get tons of replies of "Hey guys, Guilty Gear for PSP isn't $16.96, it's $12.99, I just bought it, the OP is wrong!"

First off, through, not threw. Secondly, Circuit City clearances aren't canceled. They keep going on until there is no stock left of whatever games are put on clearance. Finally, part of posting a deal on CAG means following through with it. Check every other Circuit City clearance thread that's ever been posted on CAG and look how it is. If you don't feel like updating the thread then PM a mod to close it so we can get a new thread going with someone who will.

Wow that March thread went on forever without an update and no one cried.. I make one and it seems all the :hot: holes are comming out of the wood to hark on me for doing something nice..

Um, that's because every game in the March clearance was on that list. Plus the original poster wasn't being a douchebag about updating like you. Like I said, if you don't want to do it. PM a mod to close this thread and someone else will.
 
True Swing Golf for the DS is one of the games that's only $16.96. You can find it cheaper at GameRush ($9.99 new), but I thought I would post it here for those who may not have one by them, and since I usually see way more copies at CC.
 
i agree, update the prices. yes they can look through the thread for the prices, but it'll be much more easier to just go to the first post. its easy to look through threads that has 3 to 5 pages. but once you get to 10 upto 20 pages, it could be time consuming, and you get thread clutter with people asking "how much is X" when you couldve just put the current price on first page. don't take an offence, you are doing the job, but do it right and take it as a constructive criticism. take the kmart thread as a fine example. it doesnt have to be that extensive, but at least on the right track.

If anyone's interested in the True Swing at CC, you may want to get that price checked.

I picked it up for $12.96 weeks ago.....
That sticker may not have been "updated", or they actually moved it back up?
 
Did you get it during that '25% Cool Deals' sale a few weeks ago? If not, then I guess they did lower it since I lost bought it.

I got it a few months ago at the $16.96 price, but then I saw it at GameRush for $10 and took back the one I got from CC. If it was just a three dollar difference then I wouldn't have cared, but for seven I was willing to go back. That's how I know for sure it was $16.96 at some point. People have been saying that CC is not doing a tiered clearance as before, so it would be weird if this game dropped in price like that.

True Swing Golf is one of the clearance games that fell to $12.96 permanently (or at least until the next drop on clearance games).
 
Thanks for the heads up. Picked up the only copy of
Disgaea 2 that my CC (Lakewood, CA) had. I'll have to go back for PoR though, as I was only looking for D2 at the time.
 
Suikoden Tactics is $9.99.

I'm not sure if that's an official clearance price, but there were several copies of it mixed in with other clearance games at my local CC. This might be YMMV. Just thought I'd add that in case anyone is looking for this game.
 
Thanks for the deal! Just came back from my Dallas CC, and I got Lost Magic and CV POR. Also picked up a 12.96 Alien Homined as well. Sweet!

BB DS has only one redeeming factor: the original arcade game. The new version of the game is so awful I was happy to have it break and keep me from playing it anymore. Though, I have to wonder if they fixed the levels that didn't work but the game assumed you finished after a couple seconds?

Rainbow Island DS has no redeeming factor at all. I would much rather let a rabid dog gnaw on my arm while playing Michael Jordan: Chaos in the Windy City than ever play that game again.
 
Not to be rude, but most of the games on the list are from older clearences...We need to somehow get the new clearence list.

Thanks for the full list, there are a bunch of games still ending in xx.x6 that are not on that list so do you think that means to CC, those games are no longer considered part of the clearance so they won't be reduced any further?

There are probably games that are classified as clearance but just weren't pciked for price drops this time around. That's my guess.

So are you going to try and keep every single clearance game listed? This is gonna get messy!

A lot of those are really old prices >_
 
I went to 3 CC stores yesterday and couldn't find any copies of Disgaea 2. Anybody got the hook-up on that one? Or rather has anyone even found that one in-store, or should I wait a few days and go check again (like the mysterious restock that happened w/ Guilty Gear Judgement)?

I don't know how old this is, but Bioncle: Heroes for the DS is only $16.96 as well. I found an unmarked copy on the shelf about a month ago, and when I asked someone to do a price check it came up for that price. I later saw two more copies on the shelf marked at $29.99.

Also, Justice League Heroes is $16.96 as well, but I'm pretty sure that's an old one. One of my CCs has had the same five copies sitting in the clearance bin for months now.
