Dead to Rights (Greatest Hits) can be bought for $1.99 at circuitcity.com. I dont know if this is online only or if its B&M as well.

CC will not let you order games for instore pickup... ever. Games bought from the website can only be shipped, so they will always say that the item is unavailable for store pickup even if your local store has some.

Now are you sure the email said that the item was is in-stock, or was it the confirmation email they send you telling you that they got your request and that they'll send you another email when your item comes back in-stock?

"We wanted to let you know the item you requested is now back in stock." This is what i read in the email. Not sure what is going on though.
