Circuit City NYC (5th Ave & 43rd) Liquidation

Went to the store on Friday (1/30) and they had a bunch of gaming systems for 20% off

They had about
30-PS3 (in the back next to the stairs)
50 - Xbox 360 (Arcade, Pro & Elite)
60 - Nintendo DS
(edit) the Xboxs, DS & Wii are behind the 1st floor checkout counter, ask a salesperson

They also had Wii systems but they sold the last one when I was there. I asked a salesperson if they expect anymore he said IF (stressing IF) they get another truck in on Tuesday there may be a couple on it available to sell Tuesday night or Wednesday Morning.

They also had a good selection and a lot of games but not worth it yet at only 20% off, might become worth it when they drop to the next tier of discounts.

I also went to the CC in Union Square, their gaming section was pretty much wiped out.

I went to the Union Square one two days ago and the gaming section was still pretty well stocked. Of course, is it games one would want to buy...maybe not, but they still had some decent titles on the shelves.

Also, they still had Wii's in stock when I was there on Thursday. I wouldn't be surprised if they sold out already since with 20% it's only $200. I would've bought one if money wasn't a little tight this month, but I can wait.

Maybe the section got cleared out by Friday shoppers....

No games left at 5th ave. Ton of Dark Knight dvds...

I doubt there are any games left at any of the NYC CCs. I went to the Atlantic Terminal last month, all the good stuff gone.
