'Clean House' Yard Sale In My Area

I expected someone to cry scam on this, because I kinda thought that myself at first.
But I don't know...this was on the local news as well, and I kinda have a feeling that they wouldn't go to that much trouble to advertise for a yard sale. :lol:
But you are right about the "1 hour from LA" thing, that seems a bit odd. Oh well, I'll probably end up checking it out anyway. Oh yeah, and there's this:

EDIT: After signing up and looking at the pics on page 2, this appears to be legit.
 
If they brought it up on the news I would hope it isn't a scam. I'm glad to see the show is spreading out. Hopefully they do some more places around PA so I can get in on the action. I always wondered if they staged the messes by taking all of their junk from the whole house and putting it in 2 rooms. You will have to check it out and let us know how it is. I would hope you could get some good deals out of it since whatever doesn't sell goes to charity.

Oh yeah! I totally forgot about that, that explains the "1-hour from LA" thing. My ride just cancelled on me, so hopefully I'll still be able to make it there.
