Cleaning fuel injectors?

So the dealership is saying my car needs to have it's fuel injectors cleaned. I've never had to have this done by anyone before, so have no idea if the $150 they want is overpriced or not. I wanted to ask if getting a bottle of fuel injector cleaning additive might be enough. Would be a lot cheaper than $150. I have noticed the car seems to idle a bit rough, if that can be caused by dirty fuel injectors.

I just push the button

It's overpriced, yes, but probably on par for a dealership. Cleaning additives won't do enough to make a difference, and certainly won't fix the problem. In the future, it's best to use only top-tier gasolines such as Chevron/Texaco, BP, Shell, to keep the fuel systems clean.
Well it's a used car, was probably already in need of it before i bought it.
I know how you feel. I just sold my car and bought another one this month, and I'm worried I might run into this problem as well.

There's no way in hell I would ever pay $150 for that. My mechanic wanted to charge me $50 to do the same service which I thought was to much. I just went to Autozone and bought a bottle of fuel injector cleaner for 1/3 of the price.
