Cleaning used cartridges?

How does everyone recommend cleaning sharpie marker and sticker remains off of used cartridge games? I just got a good used copy of Star Wars Episode 1 Racer for N64, but it has "trent" written on the top of the cartridge. Any ways to get it off w/o damaging the cartridge?

Goo Gone. You'll need to work it on the marker though. Just make sure you let it work. Don't just wipe it off in a minute.
