Clear poll in thread? Mod assistance?

I hope this is the right spot for this, I can't for the life of me figure out how to clear an outdated poll in a thread I started.

The poll is out of date and I thought I could just edit it or delete it whenever I like, but I guess not. Either way, can I have a mod just clear it out for me? I assume this can happen without the thread being deleted or anything like that. Thanks in advance.

The poll can't be removed, I just tried. Sorry.

Cheapy or John might be able to, though unless I'm missing something, mods appear not to be able to delete a poll.
