Even if it's just a demo and listed as such or traded for soemthing else? I know people sell/trade OPM demo discs all the time, and things like the Zelda: CE disc are listed on the box as not for resale but constantly sold. Edited post to hopefully make some difference though, if not sorry for any inconvenience guys.
 
It's illegal. Or at least against SCEA's GAP beta testing terms. And the Public Beta ends in several days anyway. So unless you're collecting...
 
Well, if I have to take it off, then either let one of the moderators do so, or let them tell me to. I'm fine with that. I signed up to take part in it, and my router and broadband wouldn't work with my PS2, so I've got a new game I have no use for, and there has to be a collector out there who wants it, and if there's anyone from Sony who wants me to close this, feel free to do so. Until then, I've got this on my hands, don't need it, would cost me $5 just to give it away and there's bound to be someone who's interested in it for collecting purposes. All those OPM demo discs say not for resale but folks are buying them left right and centre, this is just another demo, and if anyone wants it, feel free to let me know.

If the mods want this down, feel free, but after checking that topic Kain Vincent linked, Shrike, who is a Mod said Beta's are illegal to sell, but demos are fine as that topic was not locked, and this is just another demo, and I don't think all those other Deadlocked demos that were sent out are going to explode when the testing is done or stop workingl so it will still have use.
 
Just to be clear, I wasn't trying to thread cap. But by the time someone got it the beta will be over. That and the fact that you can be kicked out of the GAP for it.
 
Lol, no worries, I figure it's best to leave it, wait till the testing over and if everyone starts offing theirs I'll jump off a bridge with the rest of them and get rid of mine too, for now, no harm caused, no consequences to be dealt with. I appreciate the information, as it helped. :)
