I voted for the hand blender. If I had the tickets, that'd be the one I'd get. Not to mention I think the average person would use a blender more than a fondue set.

This is directed at people who have ordered household products in the past, do all the items (like the waffle maker) have 'bing' written really big on them? I'm about to order the toaster oven...but I dunno if I want everything in my kitchen having 'bing' on it :)

I voted for the fondue maker only because it's good for parties. Melt chocolate, add strawberries, marshmallows, etc. Let good times roll.
sorry its been a while, is it still okay to use anagram solvers and typing the answers into chiktionary?
Yeah it's fine.
Got shipping confirmation for the 7000 wireless keyboard and for the headset (not the 360 one). Coming on Thursday!
Did you order on Nov. 3rd?

I know CB re-post prizes that were previously offered, but does anyone know if they re-post prizes that were member-voted? Thanks.

Has anyone received a shipping invoice since they started shipping items again for either the zune or the telescope?

Zune ordered 10/20, no email.
Habu gaming mouse ordered 10/29, should arrive today.
Telescope ordered 10/29, no email.

Zune, ordered 10/26, recieved 12/02
Rhythm Soundbag, ordered 10/30, should arrive today
Xbox 360 Play & Charge, ordered 11/3, shipping today

Got shipping emails for all three

I got 3 prizes today.

Windows/360 controller- ordered 10/30, tracking number 11/30
Lost Odyssey- ordered 10/30, tracking 12/1
Kameo- ordered 10/30, no tracking number and not on CBX site

I also got tracking for the Lifechat headset. Ordered 10/3. I was worried I wouldn't get it since I got one way back when they were first on there.

So I'm debating on whether or not to get the hard drive. I want it cause I need one, but I feel I should wait because I need more storage than that and I just know I'll get it and they'll add something I really want but I won't have tickets for it.

I think I'll probably just hold on to my tickets. I wish they would add a 360 hard drive up there or something...

Was it ordered 10/3 or was that a typo? Just wondering because I have one account that I ordered the grill set on 10/13 and haven't heard anything. I'm still getting stuff from other accounts to the same address that I've ordered well after that, but I'm hoping this one is still valid because it has a lot of tickets (and is the furthest from the $600 threshold).

I know it's still well within the 12 week timeframe, but I have another account that I know doesn't work anymore because the last thing I got from it was in July.

Typo, oops. Ordered 11/3

I also got shipping email for the LiveChat headset but for some reason the Tracking Number isn't working that they gave me so I dunno what's up with that since it's the first time it has happened.
I checked my package on the tracker and it says delivery date is "n/a", what does this mean exactly?
It means that they don't know when it will be delivered.

I got my copy of Kameo this past Monday (November 30th). The game was ordered on October 15th. :) Earlier today, I got a shipping conformation for my Lifechat headset that I ordered on November 3rd. I guess I'll be receiving it early next week.

1,300 tickets...and it's a "limited time only" prize.

http://www.clubbing.com/Pages/Prize...c2-2c93-4d64-83f2-35c6639181ef&tab=all+prizes

It's made of plastic with a foam grip and logo'd with Bing insignia. I guess it's something for people to order so that they can say "Hey, I finally did something with my tickets." :whistle2:? It looks pretty decent for the ticket price...if you live in a snowy area.

December still has 28 days left, so let's see if they add anything else this month.

That usually means that Avarto (Bing's drop-shipper) thought they were going to ship it (i.e. it is all ready to go), but for some reason it did't get processes (i.e. UPS does not know about it yet). That has been happening quite a bit this week, probably because they have been shipping over 1000 packages a day. These tracking numbers usually show up the next day, when the prize is actually shipped.
I checked my package on the tracker and it says delivery date is "n/a", what does this mean exactly?
If it says n/a in the ETA column that means that UPS has not put an estimate for the delivery on their web site.

That can happen for a number of reasons...

It is most likely that the package info was submitted to UPS by Arvato (Bing drop shipper) but that the package itself was not given to UPS yet. UPS won't put an ETA on their site until the package has actually arrived that their sorting facility (at which point they are usually very good at estimating when it will arrive). In most cases the n/a will get updated within a day or two, as the package actually gets shipped.

Another possibility is that the barcode on the package was damaged, and at this time of year they won't bother to pull the package out of the process to have someone manually make a new label (or manually enter the tracking number into their scanners). In that case, the next time it will get updated is when it is delivered, because the driver should enter the tracking number on his tablet if it won't scan. Course, since the tracker only shows packages in transit, this final update will effectively remove it, so you won't see the update on the tracker.

And, finally, if the package was lost/destroyed between Arvato printing the label and getting to the UPS facility, then it will never get updated (there are a few of those in the system). In that case you will have to email Bing after the 12 week mark with your tracking number (as proof it was not shipped/delivered) and they will submit another fulfillment request to Arvato (which will ship ASAP). Or, if the prize is no longer available, they will refund you the tickets.
:( anyone else not have the keyboard and mouse (that ordered 11/3) not have it ship yet? I have a feeling that one of my accounts is banned :(
The 5K ticket desktop combo, right? I ordered that along with the Lifechat headset on November 3rd, but only got a shipping email for the headset. I'd say wait AT LEAST until next week before you start worrying about whether or not it shipped. I think the headset and keyboard/mouse combo were only on Club Bing for that one day (I know the headset got taken off that evening).

As everyone always says, the maximum wait time for prizes is 12 weeks. Usually prizes ship after 30 days, but the shipping change probably affected that time window (and A Gamer said that everything ordered after October 13th got delayed until about two weeks ago). So that "window" is probably about 45 days now (like me--I ordered Kameo on 10/15 and got it on 11/30...that's 46 days but you understand ).

I say if you don't get an email in the next two weeks, or if there isn't any indication that it's coming by the end of January, THEN you should start wondering about it...just a little (12 weeks puts you at 1/26 next year) ;)

That happened to me too. It just means that UPS hasn't picked up your package yet. Try it again tomorrow, maybe it'll go out then. No worries :)

This has been probably asked a million times but...

Does Club Bing allow you to make another account and order to the same address if you:

-order prizes your main account hasn't ordered
-order same prize your main account has ordered

I'm currently saving my points on my main account and want to try and get the wireless mic or another controller.

Thanks!

Yes, you can make more than one account per address (and each Bing account can order up to $600 in prizes per calender year). Just make sure that it's a different name on that account, and only one prize per household. So if you order a wireless headset on your second account, you can't order another one on your first account. That goes for everything you've ordered in the past.

So, if you ordered a black 360 controller already, you can order a white controller on your second account (if you haven't ordered it on your first account), but you can't order ANOTHER black controller to the same address (whenever Bing brings it back). I know that was a little wordy, but I hope it helped. :D

Now, if you wanted duplicate prizes, you could create a second account and send all of those prizes to a second address (with a different name, of course). But if you just want to get things faster, the plan you have sounds fine--use two accounts for one address.

So I thought if they removed a prize then brought it back later it was considered an entirely new prize. But if they bring back an item it's like it never left and you can't get it again? That really sucks!

Usually if the item has a different page than it was on before, then you can get it again. But if it returns on the same page as it was before, then its considered the same item. Or something to that effect. A Gamer usually has the low-down on this.

There is no dollar amount limit on each account. The only thing that happens at the $600 mark, is you have to fill out a 1090 if you want to receive anymore prizes for that account.

Many prizes that come and go are the same prize, so you won't be able to order another to the same address. Like the Zune, Xbox console, controllers, video games, DVD movies, mouse, keyboards, etc.

However, any prize that has it's own product ID (i.e. a unique web page) is considered a separate prize. So, the white, black, pink and windows controllers are all 'different' prizes. The blue, green and black Ogio bags are all 'different' prizes. Keep in mind that this does not apply to prizes like the Zune, since there was only one product page and the colors were randomly allocated (i.e. you don't get to pick the color via 'different' web pages).

Additionally, the different sizes (via a pop-up on the order page) also have their own web page. So, if you ordered an XL t-shirt, you could also order an XXL one, too. And, since each size of each color all had their own web page, that meant that you could order over 60 t-shirts to a single address...

Finally, the prizes that appear to be identical, but differ only be the 'LSC' and 'Bing' tagging, are also considered different prizes... So, if you ordered an external HDD back when they were 'LSC' (although they were not actually tagged back then) then you could still order one of the current 'Bing' tagged external HHD. Applies to all of the 'tagged' prizes like the netball game, t-shirts, first aid kit, rhythm sound bag, backpack, etc.

Note that Bing recently changed the order page so that you can only order one per account. So, if you are unsure if the current item has the same product ID (i.e. web page) as an item you previously ordered, simply try and re-order the prize and see if you get the error page. The order page does not check across multiple accounts to the same address, so be sure you are using the same account you used to order it before.
