However, I have a question: I've heard before that if you create a new "child" account and link it to your main account, you can register multiple copies of a game for coins (that is, each account can register one copy of the title, with coins added to the family account).

1) Is this true? (I assume it is)

2) Does anyone know what the -limit- is for this? That is, how many copies of a game -can- be registered by creating subaccounts?

I'll still need to trade some codes, but I wanted to find out how many copies per title can be redeemed.

Yes, it's true. It's called a family account, and you can have up to eight users registered. All of the points earned are added to the family total and rewards status. You could buy eight copies of Elite Beat Agents, register them all in a family account, and have 240/320 points to spend.

I take it by all the trading that you can't register two games on one account despite them being different codes than?
 
^You can register more than one game on one account, but you only get points for the first one you register (the other ones you register just show up on your family account if you have one set up.)

DS games are either 35 or 40, and Wii games are 50. They also give you a bunch of bonus points for some games.
