COD for Vita

hello, I heard that Sony is giving away COD: Road to Victory, a PSP title for those who bought the Vita COD. How does one get that title? thanks

Should be on PSN. But the Vita game includes a voucher inside the box.

I got the bundle version, I don't see a voucher in the box, maybe not in the bundle? Also, I don't see roads in the PS store....
