CoD Prestige Edition(Canada)

I'm wondering where I can pre-order this.
I checked Best Buy and Future Shop and both are sold out. I'm going to try calling EB's this weekend to see if any of them are still taking pre-orders so are there any other places that I should be trying?

All the pre-orders for the prestige edition are sold out. It was very limited quantity compared to most LE's.
