I know this is totally out of your mentioned price range but the GOTY edition is on sale at Amazon for $49.99. Lukewarm, but nonetheless "on sale".

I just got one for 30 from a fellow CAG. If u request it, alot of people seem to have it. Complete too. Since it's so damn popular, the price isn't gonna drop any time soon. Best bet is to get it at Gamestop online, use the coupon codes CAG16 and SAVER to get 16% off and free shipping. Also, if u have an edge card, ull get another 10% off. Good luck with all ur findings.

I don't know how much it is used at Gamestop (maybe $45?) but you can use the current 20% off coupon and if you have an edge card that is an extra 10% off...
