CodeBreaker (PS2) 6.98 TRU

I could've sworn I saw this months ago at TRU for the same price or lower (it might have been $4.98).
 
The last 3 major versions of CB can use a flash drive, but the newer slim ps2's and the ps3 are not compatable, the usb ports either won't read them or will freeze the CB.
 
I picked one up at TRU for that price a few weeks back. Mine is version 9.3. There's still more sitting there during Black Friday. Guess nobody knew what they were to pay $7 for it.

I guess mine must have been one of the newer one since it worked on my slim ps2. Though, I didn't try the usb feature. I'm just glad to have a cheat device that works at all. Before this, I had an old gameshark that didn't work on the slim ps2 at all.
 
The code features still work on the new slim ps2's, you just have to use the download feature or key them in with the controller. The gamesave and keyboard support does not work.

I had the same problem last week.... and description aside, it's the Codebreaker. The price, UPC, company name... all the relevant information is for the Codebreaker. Plus, it's on clearance for the same price.

And, look at it this way, if it happens to come as the AR Max, you'll have gotten a more expensive product for cheaper than anywhere else.

It's a win/win, really.

my TRU is super close, and had a bunch. i can pick one up for you if you want.
