How long do these free shipping specials last for? I want NBA Street v3 but I was hoping to read some reviews first. If free shipping is limited though I might just go for it.

I've placed about a dozen orders with them and never had a single issue with them.

Getting items that are pre-orders have been a little funny with them, though when you understand how their system works, it's OK. Anything not in stock, either as a regular item or a pre-order, is considered to be a back-order. And they send out auto-reminders after a month's time from the order being placed that it'll be cancelled if no email response or phone call is given to them about it.

Their customer staff leaves a little to be desired, though they're not any worse than most other places.
 
$7 for ground shipping on 2 GBA advance games? The games weight like 6oz each, you could ship two via First Class mail for like $1.50.

All their shipping is through DHL/Airborne, and yes, they do suck on shipping charges.

Starfox Assault is now $37.99 with free shipping. Guess I'll have to call them and get my $2 from the first preorder back.
