Computer Speakers?

Any good speaker deals? My friend really needs one. The quality doesn't have to be great, but at least average and a headphone jack with an easy to reach power button, also volume dial.

I recommend the Logitech Z-640 and X-530 speaker sets. I have a Z-640 connected to my PC with a Chaintech AV-710 sound card. I like it, and it's got a great price to performance ratio.
