This is a rare copy, sent directly from Monolith to me for as a gift. It is signed by the majority of the dev team and is a good item to add to any video game collection. Its not plastic wrapped but is in perfect condition has I have not touched it in 2 years.
I know some may not consider this to be valuable but I do so I will not take any low ball offers for it.(aka $100 or more) My main want is Paypal but will consider trading for a couple 360 games.
