Not that great honestly, it was $9.99 at Best Buy over a year ago and you can probably get it for $5 on eBay or at gamestop.

I just got done with my second play through of this game. I bought it about a year and a half ago for $10. Anyway, well worth 10. I think it is underrated, by the end of the game you feel like you've seen and done so many things. The story's good the action is good and the scares are good. The bear really surprised me, I think that was a good thing though because it also scared the crap out of me for some reason.
