Condemned for $15 new?

I've been thinking of buying this game, But i don't want to pay any more than $15. Is there a store that has this game on clearance for said price?

excellent game easily worth the 20 bucks, also a cheap game thet is pretty fun would be gun, neither hass online, or local multiplayer, but both are fun and cheap.

I feel the same way.. It gets a lot of praise whenever it's mentioned, but I just can't understand any of that praise. The biggest flaw is the horror element, I like horror games that are supernatural, and this one didn't do it at all for me. I felt like I was just mauling down a bunch of hobos, and they certainly will suprise you and make you jump, but.. seriously, who's gonna be scared of a bunch of hobos with pipes and axes? There IS one level where the game shines. I forgot the name of it, the hobos pose as mannequins next to real mannequins, and pop out to attack you. I don't know.. if you love bashing the hell out of hobos, then I guess this is your game.

I felt like it's as close a game has gotten to the feel of the movie Seven. I picked it up at a black Friday sale for super cheap and thought it was great. Despite all the hobo killing. The last four levels are downright creepy.

I've played both (And I like both) But I wouldn't pay more than $15 for condemned (New) Or $5 for gun. I'm a CAG.

Well I went ahead an ordered it from EB/GS, but on Sunday I noticed my Target had 3 copies for $15, got a little angry when I saw those. I don't remember the specific price but I don't think it was a clearance price.
