Condemned Help!!

I am at the final boss fight at the end of the game during the third part where you are dreaming and for some reason I can't pick up any of the weapons on the ground so I keep dying because not having any weapon. What can I do about this?
 
has anyone gotten most/all of the achievements for this game?

I want to go through it again and get some more. Problem is I'm chicken shit :)
 
I've got all but 3 of them.. one is just making a different choice in the ending, the other two are Gold Melee Master and Melee Mayhem.

I know what I did wrong for GMM (used the gun in the first mission) but I don't have a clue about how to get MM. Tried finding/using every weapon in the game but got zip.
 
i have 900 points on it, i can't get the melee one and the gold bird one, i've picked up all the birds in the game but it hasn't worked...

You could have just reloaded your save at the end, fought the boss again and there ya go, achievement ;)

Yeah, unfortunately I didn't think about that until after my save from that point was no more.. and I hated that last level too.

asianxcore: Yup, I just went through a new game and picked them all up then.

Indeed. It was easy to get all the achievements in Condemned just because I wanted to play through it again and again. I still say it beats the shit out of F.E.A.R. in the 'scary' dept.

After level 3, I decided to play the whole thing shunning firearms. It made it more scary that way.

Haha. It's safe to say that we both equally loved that damn game, though. Every late night I'd be playing it, you'd be playing it.

And, yes; the game is ten times better if you approach it melee weapons only.
 
i liked it but got pissed off when i didnt get my last few achievements, so i traded it to someone fro oblivion...

i used the guide and beat the 4 times!!!! i got every stinkin bird and metal piece, but no achievement, pissed me off enough to trade it!, well that and i thaught it was a good deal for oblivion!

You're supposed to collect every bird and every metal piece the last time you beat the level -- that's the only way it'll register.

If you went through level 3 once to get all of the birds, but no metal pieces, and a second time to get all of the metal pieces, but no birds, it'll register as you completing that level with just the metal pieces.

Brak is correct. It is a flaw in the save system.
 
son of a......... oh well too late now i traded it for oblivion, and i already have 1000 in oblivion from when i rented it for a week when it first cane out
