Configuring my Wifi Network

How do I configure my wifi network to where only the pc or laptop in my house can access the wifi? I just don't want any of my surrounding neighbors stealing my internet.

set up a WEP or WPA key. Then on each device you want to connect to your network, enter the WEP key. You can also use MAC authentication which allows you to block everything out unless it's on the list of accepted mac addresses. Should be instructions on how to set it up in the manual your router came with or in the router configuration screen itself.
