Confirmed: GS/EB Edge 10% discount card for $2!!! GI postcard or online pdf

Damn, it's about time. I sent mine in little over a month ago and just today I see the $2.00 check cashed, hopefully it's here in the next couple of days.
 
I got a reject letter today - $2 offer has expired, it is now $10 for just the Edge card. I sent my check out on 4/9. They returned it along with a letter saying it was now $10

Same here. This deal appears dead. Mine was mailed in the first week of April. As mentioned, it specifically states that the $2 offer has expired.
 
Oh man, I guess I'm lucky. I mailed my check on the last day of March, they cashed it Wednesday, and I just got the card today. Good timing on my part, for once! :D
 
I sent a money order on monday and got the card in the mail on friday. Maybe they did mine because it was a money order?

Sent my check about two weeks ago. They cashed it a few days ago and I got my card yesterday. Used it last night to pick up COD 4 w/ the eternal 10% coupon : ). Already paid for itself!

i got mine yesterday and it came quickly(i had sent it about 2 weeks ago and did not expect it to work or come back so quickly) :)
 
I got mine yesterday, but I also sent the check at least a month before. At $10 it's not an amazing deal, since for $5 more you can get it at GS with their magazine.
 
Anyone having trouble getting their EDGE number to work online? I typed in the number underneath the barcode on the back, but nothing happens. No discount, no indication it's been applied, nothing.

I wouldn't say so. If this was working, there are some major problems with their corporate structure. I'd say continue trying. You're only risking a $2 check and an interestingly worded letter if it doesn't work. Oh noes!

But yeah, go for it. The 15 day wait, or the loss of $2 is well worth it.
 
anyone got a scan of the free postage side? I want to try my luck but rather not take the time to buy stamps if I might get turned down

you wont lose $2. They cant take your money if they didin't sell you anything
 
LOL I still have one of the cards from an issue of GI that has the option on it for the $2 Edge card. I should try and send out a $2 check and see if I get the card in the mail, though I'll wait till October or so when my $15 one expires.
 
this was an awesome deal man great too bad it never got nominated for deal of the year im sure it saved all you monkeys tons of cashola
