Considering my PS4 options. Looking for input.

I was really hoping to hear some news about a +1TB / price drop / fantastic bundle for the PS4 at E3. Sadly, none of that happened. So I'm trying to figure out my best option now.

The $400 Arkham Knight bundle seems nice to me. What worries me is I'm assuming Amazon and Best Buy's 30-day price-match guarantee would only cover that specific bundle. So if the console itself gets a $50 discount, I'm out of luck. On the other hand, free Arkham Knight is better than a $50 drop. On the other-other hand, Arkham Knight might be had for $40 a couple weeks after release. See my dilemma?

There's also a $400 bundle on Amazon that includes a second controller— which is always handy to have. But I think Arkham Knight is the better deal as controllers can be had for good prices from time to time.

I've debated putting the purchase off longer. But I'm pretty much caught up on my backlog from last gen, and already have 7 PS4 games (not including Batman) ready to go.

I'm ready for it, just want other cheapies' opinions on that matter. Thanks for any input!

If you are not a collector wait.
Yeah, unless you want/need that special edition system, I'd wait. There were some great bundles last year during Black Friday and I'm sure this year we'll see even better ones this year.

Oh, no, not the Arkham Knight console. I'm not interested in that at all.
This is the $400 bundle I'm talking about: http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00VETEZ16/ref=ox_sc_act_image_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=ATVPDKIKX0DER
Just plain, normal PS4 with the game included. I know at least Amazon and Best Buy will have this for $400 next week.

I was also looking at this bundle from Amazon with a second controller:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00EW6QT76/ref=ox_sc_act_image_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=APTTFM1G1FSJ9
But the price has gone up since then so that's now out for me.

Basically, what I'm asking for input on is what my best option for a 30-day price match vs console-with-game bundle is. Any retailers known to be a hassle to price-adjust over others?

There have been a few bundles with either ps+, an extra controller or some games. But it depends on what games you want.

Gamestop has the last of us bundle with bloodbourne for $400

Walmart has the last of us bundle with the another game (choice from list) or a controller for $400

It sounds like you are really not pressed to have one at the moment so I would just wait until a deal comes along as the way you describe it you have a lot more to lose by jumping the gun now instead of just waiting a bit longer. Whatever you end up doing I always recommend going for a good bundle that way you can sell any of the extra shit you don't want to offset the cost a bit. For me that usually means selling the attached game but it seems like it's getting harder to do that as they are just including a code to dl the games opposed to a physical copy. Still can sell the code but I hate dealing with code sales anywhere.
