Guardian Hero -game only, it also has a small crack that is around 3/4 of an inch from the inner ring, but the game load and play fine.

Hey man I also pmmed you.
I have the original front loading tray Panasonic 3D0 complete with Box-Cables-2 Controllers(1 small 1 big) Manuals
and 15 or so games for it all with boxes and manuals.
System works fine and is from a smoke/pet free house.
I still play Wing Commander 3 on it from time to time! lol
