And here... we go. The Live Arena goes for another round in Halo 3, this time with a new twist to the games!
When:
This is a tournament that will be hosted on: Saturday, May 9th, 2009
Where:
This tournament will be hosted on Xbox Live. You must have it to be elligible.

16 Teams of 48 Players! (3v3)
Prizes:
The players of the winning team will EACH receive a $20 Best Buy Gift Card and a Year of Xbox Live!
Entrance Fees:
This is our third tournament and as a result, we have to start charging a $5 fee for each player unfortunately. This can also be paid as $15 per team.
Rules and Gameplay Regulations:
Game Type:
The tournament will consist of a series of the following gameplay rules:
Tiebreaker Challenge*:
In the event that neither team finishes the round with a score higher than that of his opponent (a tie), then one person from each team must be selected for a 1on1 match. This 1 vs 1 tiebreaker will be be limited to the use of only your battle rifle (No starting grenades, no weapon pick-up and no equipment), an all out duel to the death. The tie-breaker is won by whoever obtains the first kill.
Rules:
Any violation of the game regulations above will result in disqualification.
Team Composition:
The tournament will be a series of 3v3 matches. In this case you may sign up as the following:
Team: If you already have a three-man group, you will automatically be paired with each other.

- A Team of ONLY 3 people (Any more will result in automatic disqualification)

- On THE PIT Map
- Up to 25 Kills
- The winning team MUST win by at least 2 kills, if not met, this will result in a tiebreaker challenge*
