The esquire sweepstakes charges you for magazines if you aren't careful. I wasn't :bomb::bomb::bomb:
Shit, how can i remove it?

It's not very specific; I selected "no" for "Would you also like us to send you a risk-free trial issue of Esquire?" and it still says I have to pay. Your best bet is not to enter (until someone explains it better).

How can i cancel the subscription? do i have to wait until i get the shitty magazine to get a refund and stop it.

What a cheap way to steal money, fucking bastards.

If you hit "yes" you can apparently refuse to bill since you get a free 1 magazine trial, but I hit "no" and they still said that I will be charged. Maybe it was an incorrect automated message.

Hopefully.

I sent a complaint in their customer service, doubt it will be read, or if it is, it will be by some low level guy in india and wont do a thing.

When you get the magazine, use your account number (next to your mailing address on the front of the magazine) to cancel online and that should be the end of it. That happened to me with Good Housekeeping on another contest. I think the time window in which they can send this month's issue is still open, but hopefully they got the message that I canceled.

Also, I wish the Jonas Brothers contest just let me take the 360 and run away without hanging out with them.
