Why? Nobody reads anything I put in a blog unless I insult someone's religion, which would get me banned from CAG.

How to win contests:
Step 1: Enter them. Seriously- just enter every damn contest you ever hear of, even if you don't really want the prize (or already have it). Law of averages says sooner or later, you win something. Especially look for contests at smaller websites, your odds are better.
Step 2: Fill in your entry correctly. You might be surprised how often people screw up their own address or don't put contact info and DQ themselves. One website I've won a couple contests at actually had to change their entry form becuase of the number of bad entries.
That's pretty much it. Remember, it's a random drawing- anything more 'certain' that these tips counts as cheating, so don't expect too much. (Quite frankly, the idea that you need to get something for free to have Christmas presents means you're pretty much screwed. I suggest learning to bake and passing out cookies or pumpkin bread or something.)

But I never win anything, even if I do it right. ;_; I can't even win contests where there are 3 winners and I'm one of the only 3 people who entered. (Yes that really happened. There was a grand prize and two smaller prizes. Me and two others entered as the only contestants. The two others won. I didn't.)
And there's nobody to pass out cookies or anything to, since every one of the people I know are on my MSN and live across the country/world.
