I hope I am not the only one who is going to pass on Turtles. That shit is just outta control.
I'm skipping it too.

GD you boys are out of control.

Yep, I'll be available. Although, didn't someone say when we played last that they wouldn't be available tonight? Might've been Liquid.

Ahh, maybe. I'll ask if he stops in the OTT.

Johnny, next time you're at the grocery store, try some of these:

They are really good. Barbeque sauce was something I've been missing.
Where can I get these cheap points?
Why do you want cheap points -- your 360 is RROD and your gold sub ran out, right?
Just ask DarthPuma. He had no problem getting 8000 for $29
I think Puma technically got 3 codes. But the first one was really a dud, so the guy sent him 2 to make up for it.
If they end up being shady points...can MS remove them from your account?
MS can do what they want. You agreed to their terms of service.
It's a great game Rocko...if you liked Crackdown, you'll love Prototype.
I don't know that [Prototype] > Crackdown. Maybe [Prototype] = Crackdown.
Be sure to tell me how it goes!

I'm gonna try to get a fresh 3G before the 1 year warranty expires due to battery life.
For some reason I thought you had a warranty for the full 2 years of the contract... maybe it was only the first year of the contract... now I'm confused. :\

That said, they would have a hell of a time finding every account and deleting the correct amount of points from each one.

Going vegetarian doesn't seem like such a bad idea. I'm starting to get skeeved by meat more and more. Just had chinese vegetables w/ curry sauce and it was excellent.

They didn't have a problem finding my account and randomly removing a bunch of the shady points I purchased a year or so ago (the guy was somehow exploiting the gifting system). But that's a different story.

My girlfriend was talking about going vegetarian again, which means I'd more than likely be guilty by association. Those morningstar things are pretty good and almost every place you go has something for vegetarians to eat. I couldn't commit to no meat ever, but I'd be ok with cutting back.

Apple only gives a 1 year warranty, and the battery life on mine is ridiculous.
Go for it, it's good stuff.
Ehh, people were saying the texture is odd, and that really creeps me out. Texture is a big reason I don't eat seafood.

Nice. That sounds good. I'm having trouble finding a decent (clean) Chinese restaurant around here, but there is this: http://www.pad-thairestaurant.com/fmenu.htm

O_O Did you get your monies refunded?
The Watchmen Blu looks pretty fucking legit.
I couldn't find a complete file before work this morning.

A lot of my co-workers are vegetarian, I'm probably going to cut back on eating meat when I go back on campus, especially since the meat in the dining hall is terrible and they recently switched to locally-grown produce.
Rabbit and Rocko, I won't be on tonight. I'll be at a concert. It starts at 7 and it's only two bands, so I might be back around 12 MST.
Those are some long fucking sets.

Didn't quite work like that. The guy delivered, and I got my 12000 points for $60, I think. But randomly one day, something like 3800 points disappeared from my account balance. Since the shady guy did it through gifting, it didn't help to call MS.

These new shady points at least have a benefit of being a working code, so there's a record of each code becoming associated with your account -- however, I still maintain that if MS notices something is off, for whatever reason, they could still yoink 'em from you. Likely? No. Possible? Yeah, it could happen.

Didn't you say you worked with 100's of becauseimbrowns? I bet most of them were vegetarian.

Are you going to be working with the smelly browns on your new job?

Yes, I actually, ignorantly, didn't know that most of them were vegetarians, but yes, most of them are.

And no, my new job I'll be dealing with on-campus residents who get in trouble, so it'll be mostly white upper-middle class kids.

DarthPuma, empty your PM inbox and PM me when you do so, plz~

I got bored of Prototype after a few hours. It isn't a bad game, but it isn't anything new either. Felt like i was playing Crackdown with a few new gimmicks.

Oh that's sure to be fun. I don't know if i could do something like that. It takes all the patience i have just dealing with the people in the computer labs.

If i had to deal with a bunch of spoiled assholes getting in trouble every day, i'd probably kill one of them.

I'm sure you'll have some good stories though.:D

My job is the best, I just meet with them and decide if the reports the RAs write are accurate or not (let them tell their side of the story/rat out their friends), and what their punishment("sanctions") should be.

Exactly. This is why I found it enjoyable. It's got a more physical combat and less driving... but also less polished weapon combat... but since I hadn't really played anything like Crackdown in a LONG time, it was a good time.

I'm these questionable points COULD be tracked, assuming MS ties redemption codes to activation codes.

But since the complaints would have to start at a CC company, then go to Target, THEN to MS, I really doubt anyone's suspect points are at risk.

Eh, still sounds like crap i wouldn't want to deal with. You know they're going to argue that the RA was wrong and try to twist everything around. Not to mention you might even get calls from bitching parents.

I just rather not deal with people like that. Ignorance i can handle, stupidity is another story.

What makes you so sure that's how they were obtained?

Yep. We have a beautiful system though. I don't tell them outright if they're "responsible" (guilty) or not, they get told I'll make a decision and they'll get it in the mail. And if they don't like it, they have to appeal it to a student conduct board, not me.

Parents, I may get calls from, but I can't discuss anything with them due to FERPA, and they're not allowed into my hearings due to our university policies.

Also most people don't realize ALL the people who do this sort of stuff were RAs before, so trying to pin it on the RA never goes over well.

Oh i know you can't discuss it with the parents, but that won't stop them from trying and probably bitching you out over a decision.

I dunno, cool that you have the patience to deal with those people, i just couldn't.
