Just a heads up for Costco members, starting tomorrow, the $14.99 holiday selection of Wii and DS games will be $10 no coupon required. I checked out a few of the displays at a local store yesterday and there were a few good titles like Wizard of Oz for the DS, Gunblade NY for Wii, Little King's Story for Wii and Sonic Collection for the DS. Lots of crappy shovelware as well, but there are some gems hidden in there that make for great stocking stuffers.
This is kinda random but; I like Costco it just feels they're behind in the times a little. BJs has self-checkout lanes and express lanes to make checking out a bit speedier. Whenever I go to Costco I usually only get 1 or 2 things, and it's annoying to have to wait 10 minutes behind someone with 2 overloaded shopping carts. /Rant over
One of the local ones that I go to have self-checkout lanes. It is usually my preferred Costco. It is too bad that the other one I go to hasn't installed the lanes there, but the one that does was built later.

I just picked up Okami at mine. No one seems to have mentioned this, but for those who don't have Lego Batman, they had a bunch at mine and seem to be part of the deal. They also had Sam & Max.

My closest Costco has self-checkout lines but I rarely use them as whenever I do it always complains about one of my items and I have to keep re-ringing it and then a CS rep has to come over and fix it for me - takes more time than the regular lines ;).

Plus I'm usually buying big bulky things and you have to have them travel past the sensor which is a pain on the bigger stuff.

I bought 4 DS games and 1 Wii game Thursday. They had a pretty good selection.

Went to a local Costco tonight, and made a note of the following $14.99 titles:
Real Heroes FireFighter (Wii; Good firefighting game developed by a CAGer's studio)
Rune Factory 2 (DS)
Lego Batman (DS)
Lego Indiana Jones (DS)

The below are older titles that have been a part of Costco's game selection for a year, so they might be extremely YMMV:
Pinball Hall of Fame: The Williams Collection (Wii)
King of Fighters Collection: The Orochi Saga (Wii)

Is that a port of the Sega Brave Firefighters arcade game?

No. It's an original game.

My Costco membership ran out last summer. Is it like Sam's where you can go in and you just get charged 10% more if you don't have a membership? I wanna grab that Wizard of Oz RPG.

I don't think so, but I think they sell day passes.
I grabbed We Cheer 2, Naruto Revolution 2, and the last copy of Okami. Pretty nice.
I've been on the fence with that game for quite a while now, I have passed it up so many times, usually at $10.00 but if I can buy Nights Journey of Dreams I think it's time to buy Okami.

If youve read the Original post at all, or a few posts after, youd notice people have already gotten the deals. The thread sais tomorrow as the end of it, and the OP was posted on the 10th, the deal is done my friend.

Done? Don't you mean ongoing?

My parents went for me and picked up Sam & Max Beyond Time and Space. I know it is glitchy, but I still sort of want it. Had them pass on Wizard of Oz, Okami, and Ivy the Kiwi?. This was yesterday, so it is possible that not all Costcos are out of all the good titles. Don't be discourage just because the deal has been going on for a little while now.

It just started last Thursday so it has only been 4 days. Considering that all these games were already $14.99, I really don't think the fact that they are all of a sudden just $5 cheaper means they will be wiped out at this point. The deal runs till the 28th by the way (according to the Costco coupon book).

Still plenty of titles at the Costco in Vancouver, just nothing I worth picking up. Even for $10. Sonic the Hedgehog DS was already gone and that was my only 'maybe'.

It sounds like that game was more than glitchy, but unplayable. You could've easilly gotten this for PC for this price or less, mate. And it'll pretty much play on any machine, so specs aren't a huge issue.

Yeah, my Costco must have recently re-stocked. Yesterday I saw multiple copies of many titles (already mentioned in this thread). This was on my second visit.

I finally went out to my Costco today to see what shaking; a large fat lady with poor eye sight blocking the Wii and DS games on sale. She kept lifting her glasses to inspect every Wii game on sale.
The only games on my radar were Okami and Sonic Classic Collection.
I already bought Okami PS2 at launch and I am not sure anymore about SCC.
So, a waste of a trip.

On the Wii side the only notables my Costco had where the King of Fighters collection, Sam and Max, Gunblade, and Little King's Story. I went for Gunblade. On the DS side there was the Wizard of Oz game which is apparently of some interest around here, and Touchmaster 2 but that didn't seem worth $10. Most everything else for Wii and DS was kid/casual/shovelware.

Kinda forgot about this sale as the titles are usually forgettable.

But I was able to grab Ivy the Kiwi? and Gunblade tonight. Also remember seeing one copy each for KoF and RH Firefighters and a few Little Kings Story.

Thought about "Little" but figured I would never play it.

Found a copy of Real Heroes: Firefighter at a different Costco. Also saw Okami, a few more Gunblades, KoF, and LKS. No Ivy the Kiwis.

Also, did anyone notice how the sales tax was charged on these? For me it was taxed off the $14.99 price, not the $9.99 after discount. At least in California, if its a manufacturer's coupon, it's supposed to be taxed on the pre-coupon price, but if its a store coupon, it's taxed at the after-coupon price. I didn't go back to read the sign, but is this sale a Costco coupon or a manufacturer's sponsored coupon?

I believe it's a manufacturer's coupon and I know for sure the sign clearly states that tax will be charged on the full price and not the price after coupon.
The good titles are already gone at my Costco. Hope they restock.
Yes, they do restock.
First time around they had Okami and Clone Wars but nothing else that I was interested in. Went back to the same Costco this week and found Lego Batman and Little King Story for $10 each. :D
